CUSTOMER SERVICE: If I need to get my Pet Memorial refinished can I have you do that? Yes we offer one free refurbishing.
SALES: Can I order now and pay later? Sorry we cannot do that? All orders must be paid in advance.
SUPPORT: Can I expedite my order for faster delivery? Yes, for a 10$ addition to your regular cost. Please advise us by email and send the money by PayPal
BILLING: Can I pay by check or money order? Yes, you may. No order is begun however until we have the cash
PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC: If I don’t see something offered can I get what I want? Yes, you may let us know what you are thinking about. We may be able to make changes at no additional cost.
